Jorge Garcia is an American actor, comedian and voice actor best known for his role as _Hugo Reyes_, also known as _”Hurley”_ in mystery TV show: _Lost_. The now 47 year old began his acting career by starring as _Hector Lopez_ in sitcom: _Becker_ which was released in 1998 and has so far won two awards along with many hearts with his talent.

However, he sadly gained a massive amount back shortly after due to frustration and in 2014, Garcia already weighed a scary 400 pounds. His friends and family as well as _The National Enquirer_ expressed how worried they were for the actor’s health because of his dangerously large weight, warning him that he was in danger of developing Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke and even a sudden heart attack.

* WEDNESDAY: Fruits and vegetables.
